Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a beautiful and impressive sea view with exceptionally clean rooms and a safe, quiet surrounding. However, the rooms are a bit small, especially when requesting cots for babies, and the restaurant had only one high chair available at the time.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great, near the seafront and just a short walk from the town center, which we appreciated for its peacefulness. However, the room was very basic, lacking extra pillows and blankets, and the constant loud noise from the elevator shaft was quite bothersome. The lingering unpleasant smell throughout the stay was also a downside.
The hotel had small ants in the corner, but the cleaning staff tried their best to manage them. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony, but there was a smell of rotten eggs. The lack of closets or shelves was inconvenient.
The hotel was very neat and clean, with small rooms that become a bit tight when needing cots for babies. The restaurant had limited high chairs available. The service was superb, from the front desk to housekeeping and the poolside coffee bar. The location, a 10-minute walk to Saranda's center, is perfect for a peaceful holiday away from the crowded city center. The dining experience had varied options but lacked proper heating for hot food.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the seafront and a short walk to Saranda's main promenade areas. However, the rooms were a bit small, especially when requesting cots for babies, and the noise from the elevator shaft was noticeable during the day. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff all around. The dining options were ideal for various family tastes, but there was room for improvement in the variety offered. Overall, the facilities were decent, but there were some issues with noise levels and limited amenities.
I had an amazing view of the beach and ocean from my balcony, the rooms were pretty soundproof, but a bit small when requesting cots for babies. The restaurant had limited high chairs available, and there were some small ants in the room, though they disappeared temporarily after cleaning.
